How to Register?

Step One: To begin the registration process, kindly complete the registration form located on the right-hand side. If you have more than 5 delegates attending, please submit multiple forms accordingly.

Step Two: Once your registration form is received, our team member will get in touch with you to confirm your participation and provide any necessary additional details.

Step Three: Our Finance department will proceed to issue the invoice based on the information provided during the registration process. Should you have any specific invoicing requirements or details, please let us know, and we will accommodate your preferences to ensure a seamless experience.

About Payment

Full payment must be received within seven (7) working days upon receipt of invoice or before the event date, whichever is earlier. A letter of undertaking (LOU) with the company stamp is requested for those organizations that cannot make payment on time.

(1) BANK TRANSFER

Please refer to the invoice for bank account details, different bank account will be provided based on your payment currencies.

(2) CREDIT CARD

Please take note we are using Stripe as the credit card payment gateway. There is an additional 3.9% + SGD0.5 credit card charges per transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: A full refund is applicable if the cancellation request is made at least one month before the event.

50% Refund: If the cancellation request is received less than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund will be provided.

No Cancellation or Postponement: Strictly no cancellations or postponements are allowed within 7 days before the event. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Please note that all refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the designated contact person or email address. The refund will be processed within a specified timeframe after the cancellation request is received.
