About the summit

The ATD Southeast Asia Summit 2026 is back! As the region’s leading event for learning, talent development, and HR professionals, this is your opportunity to connect with industry leaders, gain actionable insights, and explore the latest trends shaping the future of work.

The ATD Southeast Asia Summit 2026 is a premier regional gathering designed for Senior HR and Learning & Development leaders moving beyond theory into the era of strategic execution. This year’s “industry-defining” experience prioritizes evidence-based talent strategies to bridge the gap between learning and measurable business impact. This summit focuses on practical implementation, equipping participants with playbooks, frameworks, and real-world models to embed AI, scale reskilling, build future-ready leadership pipelines, and prove ROI.

In 2025, delegates expressed a strong desire for practical tools and ROI metrics. The 2026 agenda answers this by prioritizing practitioner-led case studies and effective data-driven talent strategies. The summit serves as a regional catalyst for CHROs and L&D leaders to bridge the gap between technological disruption and sustainable organizational performance.

Registered Malaysian employers under Kumpulan Wang Pembangunan Sumber Manusia (KWPSM) can apply training grant through the e-TRiS system by selecting ‘Non-Registered Training Provider Details – Overseas” under the Skim Bantuan Latihan (SBL). The approval of the training grant is subject to the conditions set by PSMB.

Organizers

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations around the world. The association was previously known as the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).

We support the talent development profession by providing trusted content in the form of research, books, webcasts, events, and education programs. We host various conferences several times a year, including the premier international gathering for talent development practitioners.

Located in Singapore, HRD Future offers a comprehensive range of in-house and public training courses, as well as specialized consulting services, with a global focus on Human Resource Development. Our extensive reach extends to various regions, encompassing Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

Our learning solutions help leaders and their teams address this simple (yet, complicated) question: How do you plan, acquire, engage, and develop your workforce to translate business strategy into results?

HRBP Asia is the conference division of HRD Future, Our mission is to equip HR professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to become true business partners in their organizations. We achieve this by organizing conferences, webinars, online courses, and special toolkits that are designed to help our members stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR.
