Pre-Conference Workshop A:
Using AI Assistants to Power Productivity Workshop
Explore how to use AI as a personal digital assistant and create specialized AI agents (Gems/GPTs) to increase your productivity and improve your talent development workflows.
This workshop empowers you to transform your professional workflow by mastering AI as a powerful digital assistant and building your own custom AI agents (Gems/GPTs). You’ll learn how to move beyond using AI as a simple search tool to unlocking advanced productivity techniques designed to make your daily work more efficient, freeing up time for more high-impact work.
During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to evaluate different AI tools and determine how you can use them as part of your job. We’ll then move into creating your AI agent using a step-by-step process and training it to complete tasks for you, such as generating learning objectives or checking content for accessibility. Throughout the course, you’ll complete hands-on practice scenarios to build your skills. You will leave the workshop equipped with your own functional AI assistant, designed to streamline your work.
Access to an artificial intelligence large language model (LLM) on your computer is required for this course. This access must include the platform’s custom agent creation features, such as GPTs in ChatGPT, Gems in Gemini, or Agents in Microsoft Copilot. Acceptable tools include ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity. A personal account or trial version of any tool is acceptable. If you will be using an employer-provided laptop, please ensure you can access both the tool and the custom agent features on it.

Post-Conference Workshop B:
Practical AI in Learning Design Workshop
In an increasingly competitive business environment, the rapid development of AI has become a double-edged sword for talent development professionals: while it can improve personal work efficiency, management’s expectations for the talent development department are constantly rising. They urgently need to see the actual value created by AI in business operations, rather than just superficial tool applications.

Through hands-on practice, they will personally operate AI tools, apply AI to every key link, and receive real-time feedback from the on-site facilitator to ensure the maximization of learning outcomes. Meanwhile, participants will also understand the application potential of AI in business needs insight, data analysis, demonstration of training impact, and explore how to use AI to build personalized, scalable, and in-depth learning systems for organizations, thereby providing strong support for creating significant business results.

Post-Conference Workshop C:
Next-Gen Talent Leader: Skills-Based Organization Foundations In The Age Of AI
The way organizations think about work is fundamentally changing. Transitioning from a traditional job-based structure to a skills-based model is no longer simply a trend – it is a strategic imperative. In 2025, 9 out of 10 organizations were already adopting skills-based talent management to address critical workforce challenges (Gartner). Yet despite widespread intent, most People Functions are still struggling to execute: capability gaps within HR teams, immature data practices, and the accelerating pressure of a Gen AI mandate continue to stand in the way of real progress.
This intensive, full-day workshop is designed for HR leaders and professionals across Talent and Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning who are ready to move beyond awareness and into action. It combines rigorous conceptual grounding with hands-on practice – giving participants not just a framework to understand skills-based organizations, but the roadmap and confidence to begin building one.
Participants will work through the foundational building blocks of a skills-based architecture: distinguishing skills from competencies and tasks, navigating taxonomies and ontologies, clustering skills strategically, and designing a modern job architecture that enables hyper-personalized learning, faster staffing, and a thriving internal talent marketplace. Every concept is anchored in real industry cases and brought to life through practical exercises – including granular job analysis and live skills mapping – forming the necessary foundation for any AI-powered human capital management solution.
By the end of the day, participants will leave equipped with a concrete toolkit and a personalized action plan to lead a skills transformation within their own organizations.
